The

Each is available on a low-start basis:

review of and support for the development of strategic responses beyond

Both the SEPA and
PSD audit offerings are based around Best-Practice Templates and supporting materials
developed by The
SEPA Consultancy.
The offerings have clear milestones, both within their
cycle and at their conclusion, to flag up key
risks, areas for strengthening, resourcing issues and so
on.
Timeline and cost will clearly scale in line with the version contracted for,
the size of institution, and the degree of resourcing allocated to the programme
by the institution itself.
